摘要: Background: Health behaviors are associated with a healthy lifestyle, in which relative possibilities of choice play an important part. Athletes group people who should particularly endeavor to have health-oriented lifestyle. It is believed that combat sports (CS) and martial arts (MA) especially significant educational potential, connected several desirable values provide positive patterns health behaviors. The aim the work was assess intensity athletes practiced CS MA relation length their training history, age, sex, place residence, education level, financial situation. Methods: research involved 441 men women boxing (B), Brazilian ju-jitsu (BJJ), karate (K), mixed (MMA) Muay Thai (MT). average age subjects 24.68 ± 8.24 years. standardized Behavior Inventory (HBI) questionnaire another for lifestyle survey were applied. Individual covered four areas: Correct eating habits (CEH), preventive (PB), mental attitude (PMA), practices (HP). one-way analysis variance (F-test) independent groups used (ANOVA). effect size calculated Hedge's g Student's t-test, Cramer's V χ2 test. value p ≤ 0.05 assumed be statistically significant. Results: presented moderate level greater (HBI its categories) found among B, K MMA athletes, smaller those MT. (CEH) characteristic every day whose history 4-8 Greater (PB) observed individuals aged under-19 years, still studied. (HP) exercised day. Influence situation relations PMA. Conclusions: seems existing potential not fully realized studied population. Determining system may basis predicting developing programs.
