摘要: Abstract Temperature-dependent field emission (FE) of single crystal TiO2 nanorods has been investigated. It is found that the FE properties are critically affected by environmental temperature tests. As increases from 290 to 500 K, turn-on decreases 2.16 1.76 V/μm, whereas current density increases. In addition, physical mechanism dependence discussed in detail based on variation effective work function, which 4.3 3.64 eV with rise 500 K. considered reduction and enhancement mainly caused decrease function emitter.
