摘要: The importance of information systems/information technology (IS/IT) to healthcare organisations is being recognised today as paramount and critical in order realise superior delivery. Successful assimilation IS/IT, which the central focus this study, then becomes a key consideration ensuring that IS/IT appropriately systematically deployed into organisation. findings from research indicate there are people, process, environment elements should be considered facilitators systems (HIS) well barriers organisation overcome throughout entire process or at specific stages. This research, therefore, not only topical but especially beneficial management administrators web players they grapple with trying successfully assimilate HIS their respective organisations.
