摘要: Quality indicators are key elements of quality management. The for intensive care medicine the German Interdisciplinary Society Intensive Care Medicine (DIVI) from year 2010 were recently evaluated when their validity time expired after two years. Overall one indicator was replaced and further three in part changed. former I "elevation head bed" by "Daily multi-professional ward rounds with documentation daily therapy goals" added to IV "Weaning other measures prevent ventilator associated pneumonias (short: Weaning/VAP Bundle)" (VAP = ventilator-associated pneumonia) which aims at reduction VAP incidence. VIII "Documentation structured relative-/next-of-kin communication" refined. X "Direction ICU a specially trained certified intensivist no clinical duties department" also updated according recent study results. These Peer Review medicine. next update is due 2016.
