摘要: We investigated the effectiveness of a security risk management (SRM) program at large healthcare institution. Using survey, we explored how nine critical success factors (CSFs): executive support (EMS), organizational maturity (OM), open communication (OC), stakeholders (RMS), team member empowerment (TME), holistic view for an organization (HVO), maintenance (SM), corporate strategy (CSS), and human resource development (HRD) impacted SRM effectiveness. Implementing mixed research method, found that employees had positive perception toward all CSFs but one―team (TME). Both medical professionals staff negative TME was implemented
