摘要: It is difficult for the traditional processing technology to process refractory material. This paper, through orthogonal array experiment, studied NaNO3 and NaClO3 electrolyte composition concentration, pressure, applied voltage, feed rate in electrochemial machining (ECM) of novel special purpose S-03 stainless steel The efficiency, workpiece surface roughness, side gap between cathode anode were investigated. A material removal (MRR) 48 mm3/min, a roughness 2.0 µm, 0.25 mm achieved under optimal conditions 20 V an concentration 178 g/l 41 g/l NaClO3. pressure set 0.4 mm/min 0.8 Mpa, respectively.
