摘要: Mobile-based branchless banking has become a key mechanism for enabling financial inclusion in the developing world. A component of all systems is to provide receipts users after each transaction as evidence successful completion. In this paper, we present results from field study that explores user perceptions different receipt delivery mechanisms context system India. Our shows have an affinity paper receipts: despite provision SMS functionality by developers and their discouragement use pro-actively initiated practice issuing accepting receipts. Several are aware security limitations but continue them because usability benefits. We conclude with design recommendations banking.
