摘要: The present study was undertaken primarily to investigate accumulation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) within the lung vasculature after intraperitoneal injection lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and migratory responses those intravascular PMN intratracheally instilled LPS in mice. Intraperitoneally injected absorbed into blood rapidly, concentration circulating peaked at 1 h postinjection. Tumor necrosis factor began increase 0.5 also number vascular-associated increased 7.5-fold post-intraperitoneal injection. However, neither diapedesis nor injury observed lung, while mixed cell infiltration liver. Although intraperitoneally caused a significant vasculature, pre-intraperitoneal dramatically dose dependently abolished both intratracheal LPS-inducible apparent plasma protein leakage alveolar space. On other hand, pre-intratracheal instillation enhanced rather than reduced peritoneal cavity. In rats, sublethal modest yet robust transpulmonary infiltration. mechanisms different vasculature-associated are unknown, inhibitory effects on may be applicable treatments for septic diseases.
