摘要: Thirty three patients aged over 80 years underwent resection for bronchogenic carcinoma. The operations performed were: lobectomy (21), segmentectomy (4), wedge (2), pneumonectomy (3), carinal (1). In two no was feasible. Three died within months of surgery. cumulative five year survival rate 55%, 79% with stage I carcinoma and 31% III. It is considered that has an acceptable outcome in years.
