摘要: In contrast to in-vitro studies (3, 4, 11, 20, 21, 27, 28, 30) investigations on in-vivo synchronization of normal and malignant cells are still few in number. One experimental approach this problem is that RAJEWSKY (24–26). his experiments a satisfactory degree synchrony was obtained transplantable mammary carcinoma (rat) following the administration hydroxyurea, an inhibitor DNA synthesis.
