摘要: Expert discovery is a quest in search of finding an answer to question: “Who the best expert specific subject particular domain within peculiar array parameters?” with knowledge any fields crucial for consulting industry, academia and scientific community. Aim this study address issues expert-finding task real-world Collaboration expertise critical requirement business corporate, such as engineering, geographies, bio-informatics, medical domains. We have proposed multifaceted web mining heuristic that results into design development tool using data from Growbag, dblpXML Authors home pages resource find people desired expertise. mined more than 2,500 Author's based on credibility 12 key parameters while parsing each page large number co-occurred keyword all available general terms. It presents evidence validate quantification measure The prototype enables users easily distinguish someone, who has briefly worked area extensive experience, resulting capability locate broader through parts product. Through extension enabling methodology, we shown implemented delivers novel idea improved results.
