摘要: The bioelectrocatalytical reduction of H2O2 based on direct electron transfer (ET) between polycrystalline silver and the heme containing active site horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is studied compared with that obtained at gold. Native HRP recombinant wild type HRP, additionally a six-histidine tag N-terminus, NHisrHRP, have been used for adsorptive modification electrodes. histidine sequences, introduced into structure by genetic engineering using an E. coli expression system, were supposed to affect adsorption/orientation enzyme electrode surface. variations in ET efficiency when changing from gold silver, as well native NHisrHRP are analyzed discussed, specifically, high rates NHisrHRP-modified preoxidized electrodes, though accompanied extremely rapid loss biolectrocatalytical activity latter (silver) (but not mediated) ET. advantages drawbacks HRP-electrode systems electroanalytical detection considered.
