摘要: This study examines the associations, and possible causal relationship, between mothers' authoritarian attitudes to discipline child behaviour using cross-sectional prospective data from a large population sample surveyed in 1970 British Cohort Study. Results show clear linear relationship degree of maternal approval child-rearing rates conduct problems at age 5 10. association is independent confounding effects socio-economic status psychological distress.
