摘要: Abstract The generation of O2•− in the reaction reduced flavins and several flavoproteins has been shown. This demonstrated by ability to catalyse aerobic reduction cytochrome c inhibition this erythrocuprein. In contrast results with intact enzyme, deflavoxanthine oxidase is not inhibited erythrocuprein, indicating that site production native enzyme flavin, rather than non-heme iron.
