摘要: The association characteristics of an amphiphilic beta-blocker drug, acebutolol hydrochloride, in aqueous solution containing high concentrations electrolyte and at different temperatures have been examined by static dynamic light scattering electrical conductivity. Time averaged measurements on solutions 298.15 K the presence added (0.4–1.0 mol kg−1 NaCl) shown discontinuities which reflect appearance aggregates. critical micelle concentration, aggregation numbers, effective charges, degree micellar ionization were calculated.
