摘要: Data on doe longevity in a rabbit population were analysed using semiparametric log-Normal animal frailty model. Longevity was defined as the time from first positive pregnancy test to death or culling due pathological problems. Does culled for other reasons had right censored records of longevity. The model included dependent covariates associated with year by season, interaction between physiological state and number young born alive, order state. also an additive genetic effect residual log frailty. Properties marginal posterior distributions specific parameters inferred full Bayesian analysis Gibbs sampling. All fully conditional defining sampler easy sample from, either directly adaptive rejection mean estimates variance 0.247 0.690.
