摘要: Intradural spinal tumors are rare of the central nervous system. Due to eloquence cord and its tracts, compact architecture nerves, infiltrative nature some these tumors, surgical resection is difficult achieve without causing neurological deficits. Likewise, chemotherapy radiotherapy utilized more cautiously in treatment intradural than their cranial counterparts. Targeted therapies aimed at genetic alterations molecular biology tailored would be helpful but lacking. Here, we review major types with an emphasis on alterations, biology, experimental for treat neoplasms.
