摘要: The investigation of the infertile couple by hysterosalpingography and laparoscopy is currently a highly debated issue. purpose this paper to review whether transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy (THL), new culdoscopic approach, in combination with minihysteroscopy chromopertubation test can be offered as complete one‐stop endoscopic exploration. technique allows exploration reproductive tract an office or outpatient setting has been validated during past years for its accuracy, safety patient tolerance. Although further prospective randomized studies are required prove superiority cost‐benefit diagnostic tool comparison (HSG) laparoscopy, proposed safe first‐line predicting fertility outcome women.
