摘要: We demonstrate a new nanoscale spectroscopic technique that combines subwavelength near-field imaging with broadband interference spectroscopy. apply this to study phase spectra of surface plasmons in individual gold nanoparticles and nanoparticle dimers. Collective plasmon oscillations selected nanostructures are excited by femtosecond white-light continuum transmitted through aperture. The detected the far field result from coherent superposition aperture secondary re-emitted nanostructure. analysis these allows us accurately measure positions damping constants single-nanostructure resonances.
