摘要: The effect of oily vehicles on the gastrointestinal absorption hypocholesterolaemic agent probucol has been investigated in rat. plasma concentration was determined following its administration arachis oil (peanut oil), Miglyol 812 (fractionated coconut oil) and liquid paraffin. total drug, calculated as area under time curve, significantly greater for formulation than with other vehicles. drug selectively absorbed via lymphatic system, lymph concentrations being highest co-administration oil.
