摘要: A hydrophobic membrane filter device is packaged in a moisture and bacteria impervious container with the pores of being filled water. The package then sterilized to kill any living organisms contained therein. Thereafter, sufficient concentration water retained thereby rendering directly permeable an aqueous fluid.
