摘要: The fraction of hypertensive patients with essential hypertension (EH) is decreasing as the knowledge mechanisms secondary increases, but in most new cases pathophysiology remains unknown. Separate neurocentric and renocentric concepts aetiology have prevailed without much interaction. In this regard, several questions regarding relationships between body fluid blood pressure regulation are pertinent. Are all forms EH associated sympathetic overdrive or a shift pressure-natriuresis curve? Is homoeostasis normally driven by influence arterial directly on kidney? Does plasma renin activity, renal nerve activity pressure, provide key to stratification EH? Our review indicates that (i) narrow definition useful; (ii) EH, indices cardiovascular elevated about 50% cases; (iii) normal conditions, mediators other than major determinants sodium excretion; (iv) chronic always curve, may be an epiphenomenon; (v) levels useful analysis only after metabolic standardization then determination function line (plasma intake); (vi) angiotensin II-mediated not model EH. Recent studies baroreceptors nerves well intake secretion help bridge gap concepts.
