摘要: The correlation between the presence and degree of gastric metaplasia regenerating duodenal mucosa deformity bulb was studied. Based on endoscopically morphological patterns bulb, ulcers were divided into three types : type I, with a normal-shaped ; II, mildly deformed III, markedly bulb. A total 159 patients active scheduled to be treated H 2 -receptor antagonists. Of these patients, 124 proved have healed ulcer 4 weeks after initial treatment upon follow-up endoscopic examinations. Two biopsies taken from centre scar when found for light microscopic study. Histologically, grades 0, 1 2. results show that is not frequently accompanied by metaplasia. However, has high incidence metaplasia, which may easily colonized Helicobacter pylori thus develop an environment easy recurrence. Therefore, cycle healing recurrence exist in Eradication H. best way break this cycle.
