摘要: Classification of urinary tract infections (UTI) is important for clinical decisions, research, quality measurement and teaching. Current definitions UTI are above all based on the concept two main categories, complicated uncomplicated UTI. The category "complicated UTI" especially very heterogeneous not always clear. We propose EAU/ESIU classification system ORENUC presentation UTI, categorisation risk factors availability appropriate antimicrobial therapy, which finally may result in definition severity groups.
