摘要: Livers of male Wistar rats (250–300 g) were isolated and flushed with 10 ml Ringer’s solution UW preservation solution. Then the organs stored for 24 h at 4°C in Group 1 rinsed reperfused after hypothermic storage oxygenated Krebs-Henseleit (95% O2; 5% CO2) a nonrecirculating system constant pressure (10 mmHg) 37°C.
