Electrical transport properties of highly conducting charge-transfer organic composites formed by BEDT-TTF and gold iodides

摘要: Abstract Preparation and electrical properties of organic composites formed by direct charge-transfer (CT) reaction in the solid state general formulae (BEDT-TTF) x /(AuI) /(AuI 3 ), where BEDT-TTF means bis-(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene, are presented. It is stated, that under appropriate conditions, show metal-like behavior with high stable dc conductivity.
