摘要: Hepatitis E is a serious public health problem in developing countries. Most of the patients with virus (HEV) infection present typical acute hepatitis symptoms. However, few it may lead to complications such as liver failure and extrahepatic One rare presentations this neurological Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) which observed 5.5% HEV infected (mainly developed countries). Moreover, only genotype (gt) 3 was found association GBS among countries whereas molecular characterisation cases detected from have not been reported till now. Here, we are reporting case an complication associated gt1 identified by characterization performing PCR open-reading frame 2 (ORF2) region HEV. Phylogenetic analysis maximum likelihood method revealed that paper rooted closely other samples South-Asian high bootstrap values indicative fully resolved tree.
