摘要: tau in paired helical filaments (PHF-tau) and fetal share several phosphorylated epitopes, as revealed by phosphorylation-dependent PHF monoclonals. We have asked whether there is any difference between the two molecules tubulin assembly-promoting activity found that PHF-tau almost assembly incompetent, whereas low this but still competent. This indicates despite substantial similarities immunoreactivities, are quite distinct from each other function.
