摘要: More than 20% of soft-tissue tumors belong to the group adipocytic neoplasms. Difficulties may occur in differential diagnosis lipomas versus atypical lipomatous tumors/well-differentiated liposarcomas, distinction dedifferentiated liposarcomas from other sarcoma entities and detailed subtyping liposarcomas. Especially biopsies, correct grading be hampered due limited tissue. Because ever-increasing molecular-pathological knowledge rising distribution molecular diagnostic assays institutes pathology, has been facilitated, as more 90% carry or less specific genomic alterations. In following, most important subtypes are described morphologically genomically.
