摘要: The purpose of this paper has been to identify and understand the commercial framing retrofitting activities existing buildings in UK, mediation these issues current regeneration processes their relation objectives for sustainable development. A case study carried out Bristol focusing on dynamics non-domestic buildings. Results show that local community are more present practice than environmental protection carbon reduction.
