摘要: Image Quality Assessment has diverse applications. A number of measures are proposed, but none is proved to be true representative human perception image quality. We have subjectively investigated spectral distance based and visual system quality for their effectiveness in representing the images corrupted with white noise. Each 160 various degrees noise evaluated by 50 subjects, resulting 8000 judgments. On basis evaluations, independent values calculated. The plotted against measures. performance determined graphical observations polynomial curve fitting, best Human Visual System Absolute norm.
