摘要: This study examined the relationships between and among factors of compassion fatigue, burnout, satisfaction spiritual resiliency in association with care work United States Army chaplains who minister to soldiers, families, Department (DA) civilians military. investigation breaks new ground understanding that affect chaplain work.
