摘要: Oz Transportation planning requires more efforts from city planners to use rational techniques determine optimum road routes. To fulfill this requirement, study aims at generating the cheapest and shortest scenario based routes using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) Digital Elevation Model (DEM) with Least Cost Path analysis between Simav Kutahya cities, comparing them existing For route, these cities are selected as sample since region is located in transition area central Anatolia Aegean Region which has access sea regional ports. The methodology used composed of three parts: first part consists two steps; (i) factors (ii) determining scenarios focusing on different transportation themes that process. In second all weighed regarding scenarios. third outputs A (cheapest) B (shortest) generated by analysis. output were compared not only each other, but also terms factors.
