摘要: The serum Ab response and the class I-restricted CTL of C57BL/6 (H-2b) mice to hepatitis B (pre)core Ag (HBcAg, HBeAg) was studied. Injection HBcAg particles without adjuvants into efficiently primed responses but not response. We constructed expression plasmids pCMV-1/c pCMV-1/e in which or HBeAg driven by cytomegalovirus immediate early region promoter sequences. Stable murine RBL5/C transfectant lines expressing were established. Intramuscular DNA immunization with plasmid (encoding intracellularly expressed core Ag) secreted precore specific responses. elicited this system mediated CD4-CD8+ effector cells vivo. recognized HBcAg93-100 8-mer peptide MGLKFRQL context Kb. Hence, HBcAg/HBeAg-expressing plasmids, exogenous particles, elicits a defined epitope/restriction specificity H-2b mice.
