摘要: We report a method for fabricating highly sensitive, microfluidic surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) chip with ordered Ag nanodot arrays as the enhancement substrate detection of multiplexed low-concentration analytes. The SERS features highly-ordered array on quartz slides fabricated by depositing an ultrathin anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) film template and channel-patterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) cover top, allowing tremendous electromagnetic field in proximity surface because localized plasmon resonance (LSPR) nanodots. Via utilization self-built microspectrometer inverted configuration, signals low concentration adenine thiram can be readily detected limit down to 5.0 × 10−7 M. This system that we developed is flexible has potential real commercialization.
