摘要: We have investigated excitonic luminescence from CdTe/Cd 0 . 7 4 Mg 2 6 Te quantum wires (QWR's) grown on vicinal substrates. The temperature dependence of the radiative lifetime one-dimensional exciton in QWR's was measured using time-resolved spectroscopy. results are compared with that two-dimensional well (QW). lifetimes and QW increase T but show clearly different behavior. observed obeys 1 / a wide range, confirming nature thermalization. On other hand, is linear T. Furthermore, we clear biexciton formation at ≤10 K QWR's. binding energy estimated line-shape analysis spectra for 5.2 meV.
