摘要: The present investigation was carried out to study the prevalence of mastitis in 136 Holstein cows from a subtropical province South Korea. Out 527 milk samples studied, 22.6 % were found positive for mastitis. On animal level, estimated at 55.2 %. Late lactating higher risk development as compared those early and mid lactations. revealed that an increase somatic cell count (SSC) increased with advanced age animals parity. highest infection rate 71.4 group >9 years followed by than fifth parity (65.5 %). severity quarter basis, <3 had occurrence (12.5 %) severe From study, it may be concluded relationship exists between high SCC advance cows.
