摘要: The aim of this study was twofold. Firstly, we performed a land capability class determination the agricultural soils from Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, based on concentrations 17 chemical elements determined in soil samples collected 84 locations. Secondly, assess pollution with different metals, using several indices. results Principal Component Analysis (PCA) shows that four principal components (PCs) are responsible for describing total metals concentrations' variance, highest contribution PC1 being Mn, and Cr, PC2 Fe, PC3 Cu, PC4 Al. After determining optimal number clusters, classified sites into three while studied were grouped function their concentrations. Then, used five indices to level at clusters. geo-accumulation index (Igeo) indicates uncontamination/moderately contamination Cu cluster 1, uncontaminated/moderately contaminate Cd, Ni 2, contaminated moderately Pb, Zn, 3. By comparison, enrichment factors overestimate sites. load (PLI) baseline 14 deterioration quality Nemerow provides similar as PLI.
