摘要: Irradiation with suberythemal doses of either UV-A or UV-B yielded an increase in the amount stratum corneum lipids extracted from lumbar skin area 20 volunteers. These were quantified after separation by high-performance thin-layer chromatography. Ten subfractions ceramide region separated; two them (fractions 7a and 7b) only detectable irradiation. Improvement barrier function UV irradiation human may be related to ceramides.
