Firstly, a review of the literature concerning feline urolithiasis, and secondly findings an inquiry carried out by authors on behalf Scientific Committee BSAVA into alleged role dry cat foods aetiology condition. A brief outline nature given followed critical analysis evidence submitted conclusions recommendations as to possible future action. Resume. Cette communication se presente en deux Premierement, une revue des articles concernant l'urolithiase et deuxiemement les decouvertes d'une enquěte menee par auteurs au nom du Comite Scientifique de la BSA VA dans le allegue nourriture seche pour chats l'etiologie On donne un bref apercu l'enquěte, suivi analyse critique l'evidence soumise recommandations quant action future. Zusammenfassung. Diese Abhandlung ist zwei Teilen dargestellt. Zuerst eine noch-malige Durchsicht der Literatur die Katzenharnsteinkrankheit betrifft und zweitens Befunde einer Nachforschung angebliehe Rolle von getrocknetem Katzenfutter atiologie Zustandes, den Schriftstellern im Auftrag wissenschaftlichen Komitees ausgefuhrt wurde. Ein kurzer Unriss uber Art Nacfrage wird gegeben, darauf folgend kritische Analyse vorgelegten Beweisen Beschliisse Empfehlungen fur moglische zukunftige Handlung.
