摘要: The interaction of uranium with cells three recently described eco-types Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans recovered from mining wastes was studied. sorption studies demonstrated that the strains these types possess different capabilities to accumulate and tolerate uranium. amount biosorbed by all A. increased considerable concentrations. We have found representatives type II significantly higher amounts in comparison other strains. investigations tolerance showed I III are resistant 8 9 mM respectively, whereas does not more than 2 recovery accumulated desorption investigated using various desorbing agents as sodium carbonate, citrate EDTA at Sodium carbonate most efficient agent, removing 97% sorbed III, 88.33 88.50% II, respectively.
