摘要: Abstract Cold spray (CS) residual stress was measured by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and contour methods. The components SX SY, perpendicular to thickness, have similar distributions approximately equal magnitudes. Both are compressive on deposited surface become tensile inside structure. An advanced simulation model based arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) method developed investigate in a single CS microparticle multi-layer microparticles reveal formation mechanism. As number of deposition layers increases, position maximum moves from substrate layers. component SZ direction thickness shows alternate transverse direction, which is quite different that component. mainly affected three aspects: collisions among microparticles, interactions between layer, present work provides guideline for effectively tailoring parts thereby improving fatigue lifetime.
