摘要: This paper provides a rigorous analysis of the impact training upon employment growth characteristics small and medium sized firms. Using appropriate statistical techniques to cope with sample selection biases heterogenerous patterns it reveals that is positively related growth, in particular when embedded wider range human relations practices.
