摘要: Abstract Samples of Co 1− x Cu r Rh 2 S 4 with 0.1 ≦ 1 show a practically temperature-independent resistivity 10 −2 −10 −3 Ω cm and positive Seebeck coefficient decreasing from 125 μV/deg for = to ≈25μV/deg 0.5 1. The material is antiferromagnetic 0 ≈0.7 paramagnetic strongest spontaneous magnetization occurs at moment ≈0.8 μ B /molecule found. conduction attributed holes in the valence band. occurrence small saturation composition range 0.4 0.7 explained tentatively double exchange between 2+ 3+ on tetrahedral sites.
