摘要: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the direct effects celecoxib, one selective cyclo-oxygenase (COX)-2 inhibitors, on nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandinE2 (PGE2) synthesis in cultured osteoarthritic chondrocyte comparing with those indomethacin. Articular chondrocytes were isolated from rat knee joint damaged anterior cruciate ligament also sham joint. Chondrocytes preincubated or without IL-1 alpha, exposed indomethacin (non-selective COX inhibitor), nothing. amounts NO PGE2 culture supernatants measured by EIA Griess reaction.
