摘要: The soybean aphid (Aphis glycines) was a poor vector (0.83% transmission) when the aphids were allowed overnight acquisition feed on Soybean mosaic virus (SMV)-infected leaves. However, A. glycines shown to be very efficient (34.72% individual 1-min probe same infected leaves used for feeding treatment. Similar results obtained with Myzus persicae and tobacco in transmission experiments of potyviruses Tobacco etch (feeding: 1.36%; probing: 45.5%) vein mottling 2.0%; 47.5%). A reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay developed detect SMV single using pair primers designed amplify 469-bp PCR fragment coding region coat protein. In contrast low rate that acquired through feeding, RT-PCR detected 100% these aphids. Interestingly, detection by (31.67%) coincided percent (34.72%). practical application detecting nonpersistently transmitted viruses its implications epidemiology are discussed.
