摘要: Few studies have examined the potential transcription factor (TF) simultaneously associated with cisplatin resistance and metastasis in ovarian cancer. To assess a related mechanism, 345-channel protein/DNA array transcriptional activity ELISA were performed to compare TF activities cisplatin-sensitive SKOV3 cisplatin-resistant SKOV3-DDP cells HO-8910 homologous highly metastatic HO-8910PM cells. In vs. cells, 43 TFs up-regulated, while 31 down-regulated. 13 18 these two models, 4 (HOXD8(1), HOXD8(2), RB, RFX1/2/3) 9 (SRE, FKHR, Angiotensinogen ANG-IRE, Pax2, CD28RC/NF-IL2B, HLF, CPE, CBFB c-Ets-1) HOXD8 mRNA protein expression levels measured by reverse polymerase chain reaction ELISA, respectively, significantly higher than their corresponding cell lines (both p < 0.05). 52 cases of different disease, patients recurrent cancer had primary malignant tumours (p = 0.018, p = 0.001) or benign (p = 0.001, p < 0.001). Taken together, results suggest that is potentially both advanced
