摘要: A machine cushion reduces the impact force and vibration waves from a to ground vice versa. In this study, we design cushions based on concepts of wave guiding suppression with structures called ''area ratio modified'' (ARM) structures. The direction internal cylinders is one major factor that affects cushion's capabilities absorb suppress vibration. order compare further investigate limitations, designed simple, passive as well three ARM cushions, each different its cylinders. Simulation results show guided vertically upward has best capability. derived dynamic equations simulation obtained can be used also for evaluating feasibility limitations in future.
