摘要: Testicular germ cell tumors account for 1% of all cancers, and are the most common malignancies to affect males between ages 15 34. Understanding pathogenesis testis cancer has been challenging because molecular cellular events that result in formation hypothesized occur during human fetal development. In this review, pathways involved will be presented based on our research embryonic stem cells (hESCs), also using animal models. Testis unique normal from which tumor is derived distinct characteristics shared with pluripotent hESCs. particular, express core transcription factors NANOG, SOX2 OCT4. contrast hESCs, line not pluripotent. As a result, tumorigenesis may arise loss line-specific inhibitors prevent overt pluripotency self-renewal when absent abnormal cells, conversion cells. At conclusion model relationship biology presented.
