摘要: The use of polymers as supports for enzyme immobilization is a strategy that enables to remove the enzymes from chemical reaction and improve their efficiency in catalytic processes. In this work, cellulose triacetate (CTA) was used physical adsorption phospholipase Lecitase ultra (LU). CTA more hydrophobic than cellulose, shows good performance lipases being candidate phospholipases. We investigated LU CTA, stability immobilized (CTA-LU) CTA-LU using soybean oil substrate. efficiently reaching 97.1% 60 min contact with an enzymatic activity 975.8 U·g−1. system presents thermal stability, superior free increase whole range pH values. difference observed compared one occurs because interaction between polymer, which stabilizes enzyme. transesterification methanol, production fatty acid methyl esters. results showed promising reactions.
